⚓ Why “Fred”?
Fred FM was built for Frederick, Hagerstown, and the surrounding communities because we believe great radio should feel as local as the people listening. While other stations chase trends and playlists that test well, we focus on music that simply feels right. The songs that bring back memories, brighten your mood, and make every day a little smoother.
Anyone can play music, but we believe great radio is about creating a feeling. Helping the workday go by a little faster, making the drive a little smoother, and giving you a soundtrack that helps you unwind. No matter what you’re doing, Fred FM is here with the soundtrack that feels like home.
