The ENVY Partnership will be hosting the second Young & Resilient event titled “Fifth Quarter” on Friday, February 25. The FREE event will take place from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. at five locations: South High Gym, 1101 S Potomac Street; Boys & Girls Club, 805 Pennsylvania Avenue & 40 Elgin Blvd.; Horizon Goodwill Solution Center, 200 N. Prospect Street and Horizon Goodwill/ENVY Clubhouse, 101 Summit Avenue.
